  David W. Calton, MD

  Doctor

  David W Calton, MD practiced Patent Law prior to attending the University of Michigan Medical school. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Beaumont Hospital Troy. He is an attending physician with admitting privileges at Troy Beaumont Hospital, where he rounds daily. He is a Board Certified member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

• Juli Grover, NP

  Nurse Practitioner

  Juli comes to us from Mt Clemens General Hospital where she worked as a nurse in the emergency room. She recently earned a Masters of Science in Nursing from Oakland University; obtaining the title of Nurse Practitioner. We were fortunate to have her round with us while working on her degree and have found her to be a great asset to our team.

• Lisa Bartlett

  Clinical Assistant

  Lisa is Washington Family Medicine's Clinical Assistant. She has been with Dr. Calton since 2010. She previously held the position of Church Secretary for many years. Lisa has joined our team with the primary responsibility of going through each patient chart to identify services needed and any gaps in care. This organization will help to create a thorough and accurate record, and also will assist our Quality Care Coordinator.

• Michelle Fleming

  Medical Assistant

  Michelle has been Dr. Calton's medical assistant since his early days with Troy Beaumont's Family Practice Center. She has worked in the medical industry for more than 30 years. Michelle is very experienced in her field, and works hand in hand with Dr. Calton on a daily basis. Her experience ensures that patients leave Washington Family Medicine with the knowledge that their visit was efficient and thorough.

  Medical Assistant

  Linda previously worked for both Crittenton and Beaumont Hospitals. Linda has many great qualities that she has brought to our team. She is working along with Michelle as Dr Calton's medical assistant.

• Karla Jackson

  Office Manager

  Karla is the Office Manager at Washington Family Medicine. She has been working with Dr. Calton since 2007, and held a position previously with Beaumont Hospital. Karla has excellent problem solving and people skills.

• Alexis Jackson

  Receptionist

  Alexis (Lexi) is our newest addition to the reception area. You can find her working at the check in window, where she always greets you with a smile. In addition to her reception duties, Lexi also works with the quality care team processing various reports to keep our patients well informed.

• Tina Schlecte

  Medical Assistant/Receptionist

  Tina came to us initially as a medical assistant, but now does double duty as a receptionist. She still assists Dr Calton as the need arises, but her main focus is now in the reception area. Tina has a wonderful rapport with patients, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of.

• Deb Stawarz

  Quality Care Manager

  Deb is the Quality Care Coordinator at Washington Family Medicine. She has been with Dr. Calton since 2010. Deb was one of our patients, and when we found out how experienced she was in everything involved with Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) we knew we had to make her part of our team.

  Receptionist/Appointment Scheduler

  Sherry is one of our receptionists at WFM. She has been with Dr. Calton since 2009. Sherry is efficient and organized, which helps our office run smoothly. Constantly working under pressure, she manages to keep it all under control without skipping a beat.
